Viewing an individual’s strengths, weaknesses, and various personality traits through behavioural assessment sciences allows for enhanced clarity of vision.

Diane has a keen understanding that no matter how technically oriented this world becomes, a large part of a success both corporately and individually comes from learning to communicate more effectively with people. Her focus is on helping individuals reach their fullest potential, no matter what personality they are confronted with. She challenges and inspires audiences and seminar participants with a mixture of humour, energy and enthusiasm, weaving personal stories and examples that will connect and involve individuals in a manner that generates creativity and the desire for action.

PERSONALLY

Since the age of nine Diane has been a teacher at heart in one form or another. She began teaching during summer vacation as a child. Before leaving school for her summer vacation she would ask her teachers for the tests that had been given out throughout the course of the year. Diane would then teach summer school in her backyard at the picnic table. Children of various ages would come and Diane was in her element. Years later Diane graduated from Sheridan College as an Early Childhood Education teacher.

After a successful career in Early Childhood education and taking time to raise two wonderful daughters, Diane re-entered the workforce by obtaining her real estate license. Diane's desire to grow, achieve and make a difference in the lives of others, when she accepted a promotion into real estate management. Diane was involved in various sales management activities including giving voice to her passion for training and development specifically in helping to develop and deliver state-of-the-art training and development programs both internally and externally. She has also had career in Human Resources involved in sales and recruitment. Diane was asked to head up a special technologies division. Here she became a job expert in the field of behavioural assessment technologies. She has traveled extensively across North America working with individual offices as well as major corporations in order to enhance employee/employer-working relationships. Much of her training was around the various personality styles and team building strategies.

A love for God and a desire to do his will in the plan for her life also caused Diane to be involved in the children’s ministry at her church. She has remained dedicated and faithful there since 1990. Diane has been involved with various ministry of helps positions through the years however the children’s ministry and the new believers classes which she has taught have reshaped her life the most.

Recently Diane has felt impressed to encourage people to rise up from what has been keeping them down and become what God intended them to do and be. She has always been an encourager of others not only through conversations but also through various notes and cards she sends out to people of all ages. Another form of encouraging people comes through her poetry. Diane’s desire these days is to do more.

Dealing with the broken hearted has been at the core of her being since she was a very young child. Diane and her mother lived with her grandparents in Toronto and later in Mississauga as a young child. She met her father only briefly and even as a young child began searching for a father figure. Each night her mother would tuck her into bed and here they would pray a simple prayer. It wasn’t until she was thirty-four years old and gave her life to Christ that she discovered she had had a Father all along. God has become an integral part of her life and has only become more so over the years. It is never to late to start serving Him!

Corrie ten Boom, who suffered in a Nazi death camp said:

“If you look at the world, you’ll be distressed
If you look within, you’ll be depressed
But if you look at Christ, you’ll be at rest!”
